Join this world leader in the provision of work place safety solutions to Airports like Heathrow and Singapore, advanced production facilities such as BMW and Jaguar Land Rover, warehouses and distribution centres for DHL and Amazon.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Export Sales Manager with a high level of experience of increasing sales through existing and new resellers and experience of selling into end users in the manufacturing and logistics sector



  • Identify target end users (typically blue chip companies in the manufacturing and distribution sector)

  • Grow relationships and regularly meet with high level Health and Safety / Operations / Maintenance managers to promote the products’ benefits and uncover opportunities

  • Manage the sales process for each end user opportunity - scope out opportunities, liaise with Internal Sales and Support teams to produce appropriate quotations, follow up and close quotations

  • Select and appoint new resellers in target countries

  • Regularly visit new resellers to train, motivate and support their staff to prospect and close sales

  • Regularly visit existing resellers to motivate and support their staff to prospect and close sales

  • Communicate latest innovations and developments to both new and existing resellers

  • Manage own sales pipeline

  • Take ownership of inbound enquiries (website, exhibition) – qualify and turn into sales



  • At least 2 years export sales experience in a technical solution selling role

  • Evidence of above-quota sales, preferably with finished product sales experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of selling through Resellers

  • Self-motivated, action orientated, full of positive energy and a strong team player

  • Autonomous hunter mentality with the ability to work remotely.

  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • An enthusiasm for sales and an ability for building strong relationships and rapport with customers

  • Attention to detail and follow-up

  • CRM discipline Flexibility for travel.
