Can you build relationships over the telephone, nurture existing accounts as well as prospect & win new customers?


WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Manage and qualify incoming enquiries and orders (80%)

  • Maintaining the existing customer base by working closely with your clients and constantly working towards adding value to the account.

  • Make outbound business to business sales calls to prospective clients, to create interest, produce leads and book appointments for the field sales consultants to attend (10%)

  • Handle incoming enquiries, adjusting your sales approach to meet the needs of specific clients.

  • Live chat and proactively following up leads generated from email, direct mail and all other marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the client’s needs are being met

  • Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate reporting back to the business
