An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the sales and marketing team. The main purpose of the role will be to qualify inbound leads, deliver a great customer experience and generate new leads via telephone for Area Sales Managers.


What you’ll be doing:



  • Respond to and qualify all inbound enquiries within a 24 hour working day time period

  • Share awesome solutions to meet your customer needs and challenges

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns (eg. aftersales customer care calls, new product launch, promotions)

  • You will be given marketing campaigns to follow up on but it is expected that you come up with new ideas and generate your own telesales campaigns looking for ways to increase sales performance

  • Maintain proactive calls rates in order to maximise enquiry generation

  • Generate and follow up on supply only quotes under £20k

  • Work alongside marketing, sales managers and sales support in order to achieve personal and team targets and objectives

  • Update and build customer database

  • Maintain CRM discipline

  • Actively look for sales opportunities and explore options available to potential customers

  • Provide reports on pipeline and activity


What you’ll need:



  • Excellent telephone manner required

  • First class relationship builder

  • A friendly and professional manner on all telephone calls

  • Personable, enthusiastic, fun and friendly

  • Proactive – always looking to increase and improve  sales performance and be able to spot an opportunity

  • Able to work in fast moving environment

  • Experience in telesales is essential
