Global leader in cloud-based Business software and still growing at an incredible rate, they're expanding their operations across the US, EMEA and Australia. So they're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to provide support to the EMEA Sales team in a brand new role at their London office.


Part of the leadership team and reporting to the EMEA MD, you'll own the P&L for the region, support the sales teams to drive YoY growth and maximise profits for the business, be responsible for development and monitoring of SalesForce best practices supporting the Customer lifecycle and also take responsibility for financial operations.


This business critical role will involve:



  • Developing effective tracking of the EMEA Sales Operations Process.

  • Managing the allocation of territories for the EMEA Sales team and working closely with the Global team to guarantee that the Salesforce CRM and sales information system has a defined strategy and is being utilised effectively.

  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the sales process and share best practices with other managers across the globe.

  • Driving greater sales efficiency through the implementation of sales activity targets, reporting, analytics and problem solving


With proven success in a similar sales support/operations role, you'll be a motivated analytics professional with a drive for simplification and effieciency and experience in planning, reporting, forecasting quota / management, sales process optimisation, sales development, demand planning and generation.


You'll also need:



  • A passion for Salesforce, tools, systems and problem solving.

  • The gravitas and experience to drive continuous change programmes at all levels

  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills

  • High level communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Relevant IT skills; CRM, data analysis and desktop productivity
