Specialists in integrated retail communications, this internationally acclaimed advertising agency are looking for a self-starter with an appetite to learn and develop further. As an Account Executive, you will work with a prestigious automotive brand.

You’ll play a vital role, taking briefs from the car dealerships and working with your creatives to produce ads and marketing materials that meet their needs. As such, an excellent phone manner and customer service skills are essential, as is a desire to produce outstanding work to tight deadlines. It’s a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to take ownership of the role, but don’t worry – you’ll be working alongside a friendly team who’ll give you all the support you need.

• General admin support for the team

• Full management of the Media Centre portal

• Manages own time and workload to ensure that all deadlines are met

• Open job numbers, create estimates and request POs from the client

• Be able to manage financial tasks

• Liaise with the creative studio about amends

• Manage small projects; be a support for the Account Manager on bigger projects

• Become a sign off for artwork ensuring rigorous attention to detail when checking any creative, whatever the format

• Attend team status meetings and pull together and circulate agendas

• Write contact reports after both internal and client facing meetings

• Take an active interest in the client brands and competitor brands

• Be interested in the work and develop a point of view

• Be a fantastic communicator – clear, diplomatic, professional, responsive

• Be proactively aware and informed on the status of the client’s projects

• Develop a close working relationship with the Account/ Project Manager and team, so that anticipating their needs and those of the client becomes intuitive

•To quickly understand, work with and adhere to the agency internal processes
