We are looking for a Sales Leader focused on delivering growth efficiently to lead the Inside Sales Team responsible for acquiring new users and delivering increased revenue.


As Inside Sales Manager, you will define and execute sales strategies that will allow your sales people to reach their goals, and by developing their skills through coaching.


Responsibilities:


·      Build and lead a team of Inside Sales people to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue goals


·      Optimize the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio


·      Support the development and execution of the sales strategy as part of the sales leadership team


·      Provide product support, sales coaching and training to the sales team


·      Conduct talent review sessions and drive a high performance culture


·      Identify, analyse and implement process improvements


·      Collaborate internally world-wide to share and learn best practices


·      Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting


·      Combine data and insights leading to quick and effective decision making

Experience required for the role:


·      Experience working in a fast paced environment focused on growth


·      Experience of sales management


·      Ideally experienced in managing change


·      Experience in consultative selling
