Opportunity to join an Award Winning Milton Keynes Communications Agency with a talented team and A-List clients.


They're looking for an Account Manager to focus on growth – including reviving dormant and lost accounts; onboarding new ones; developing growth strategies for all clients assigned to you; and supporting the business development activity in acquiring new customers.


You will particularly be involved in digital projects

You need to be a driven individual and an excellent team player. Although the role requires initiative and the ability to plan and drive your own agenda, you will also need to enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across the business – seeking and offering support, and welcoming ideas and feedback.


Built of people with many areas of expertise and experience – and in how bestTto deliver it, you'll need to harness this wealth of knowledge, through excellent communication and collaboration.


You must be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients – gaining confidence and trust based on listening, understanding, sharing and delivering.


You will need excellent admin skills, keeping a record of your activities, turning around requests and enquiries quickly and accurately, maintaining an up to date schedule of booked and pipeline business, reporting on your progress and gaining and sharing feedback.


You also need superb commercial acumen – the ability to recognise a genuine opportunity, structure a proposal so that it is profitable and sustainable to deliver, and to negotiate with confidence to ensure that all projects sold are commercially viable.


You will need to keep colleagues including the Creative and Content teams fully informed of plans and expectations they may have a stake in – and you will work with them to ensure that new projects and clients are properly onboarded, with parameters that are agreed and transparent from the outset.
