Excellent customer service, analytical skills and attention to detail are integral to the success of this function.

You'll be supporting the Purchasing Manager in a fast paced dynamic environment, maintaining positive business relationships with suppliers and ensuring the organization sticks with its purchasing policies and procurement.


You'll enjoy a wide variety of administrative activities, ranging from reviewing departmental purchase requests for stationary and office supplies to processing orders for external business clients and dealing with all related enquiries alondg the way.

You'll need:



  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to develop long-lasting relationships with suppliers and other service provides.

  • Ability to own an order/enquiry from start to finish

  • Great organisationaland time management skills to manage multiple orders to deadlines

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Technical skills are also useful as you'll need to understand technical production information and manage several purchasing documents.


We're looking for someone to start next month for an 18 month Fixted term Contract to cover maternity leave
