Description:

Growing fast, this client focused Milton Keynes business requires a talented and resourceful Operations Manager and experienced Business Administrator who is used to working in a fast paced environment supporting a rapidly growing sales team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


You'll oversee and manage the daily administrative and operational activities helping to create, streamline and maintain efficient, quality driven, long-term strategies and processes, both from an internal perspective and in relation to Customer facing sales activities.


You'll be responsible for sales operations support including supporting, managing and implementing key initiatives and process roll-outs, sales reporting, analysis & optimization and managing & enforcing sales processes.


You'll own key weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes, such as lead management, pipeline management and commissions. You'll create and own robust reports & dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and Sales metrics and report on results, analyze trends and suggest improvements.


You'll help the Business team by improving the customer relationship management (CRM) and sales information system and you'll be looking at ways to continuously improve the processes and share best practices to maximise efficiency, reduce costs and help drive growth.



WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:



  • Proven success in a similar sales support / operations / business administration role

  • The gravitas and experience to drive continuous change programmes at all levels

  • Experience with CRM and associated data entry, reporting, targets and commission structures

  • Experience of telephony systems and associated measurement

  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills in a sales environment

  • High level communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

  • Relevant IT skills: CRM, data analysis and desktop productivity
