IT Specialists with over thirty years’ experience are looking to appoint a Digital Content Executive to join their team



You’ll be



  • Responsible for the delivery of written content across the website site and social channels, and working closely with the technical, sales and marketing teams to create engaging, relevant and on-brand stories driven by commercial objectives.



  • Working closely with internal and external marketing resources to optimise all site content around SEO and commercial objectives, this role supports improving brand awareness and engagement.




  • Work closely with teams to ensure the website and social media content remains current, relevant and captivating



  • Support Sales and Business Strategies by delivering value to the customer experience


 


Key result areas




  • Create and publish site editorial, copy and metadata that is optimised and mapped to the customer journey: blogs, articles, website content, social media content.



  • Contribute to and execute the content calendar that will support and execute the Sales Strategy and targets



  • Ensure brand tone is consistent across all digital content.



  • Support broader marketing activities – lending expertise in copywriting across all channels.



  • Provide expertise on SEO, Google Analytics and Google AdWords to measure and optimise the outputs of your activities.



  • Build engagement across social channels with a relevant mix of on brand content and bringing external (industry and customer) voices into the conversation.



  • To understand and fulfil the responsibilities for secure management of personal data of both internal and external customers in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018



  • Assist in the creation and delivery of the company marketing plan


What you’ll need:



  • Extensive experience of writing engaging and relevant content in a variety of formats, for example blogs, whitepapers, news stories

  • Commercially focused and results driven with excellent communication skills.

  • Customer centric and open to feedback – able to adapt and improve

  • Strong team worker – able to work collaboratively with various groups within the Company and externally

  • Committed to continuous development both of yourself and the function
