They're looking to hire smart, ambitious Field Sales Specialists with knowledge of technology within the IT services sector and solid business-to-business sales experience.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


You will be responsible for working with prospective customers across your territory to ensure their success through usage of the managed IT services and solutions on offer. Focused on winning new Customers and able to balance this with the commitment to taking your customers on an engaging 1:1 journey, you'll drive exceptional growth for your customers via the delivery of exceptional service!


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



  • You will spend most of your time on the road, meeting and building relationships with clients to drive business and growth.

  • Work closely with lead generation Team to ensure a constant pipeline of sales meetings and opportunities.

  • Support Sales and Business Strategies by delivering value to the customer experience

  • Work closely with & support the company’s different sales teams sharing leads and insight

  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with companies within the geographical area allocated that will lead to increase in business generated by carrying out productive sales meetings across your assigned area

  • Ensure any sales processes are fully followed and sales systems are always up to date

  • Maintain a sustainable sales pipeline within your geographical area


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Previous experience in creating and maintaining effective sales relationships with clients in the field


• Previous new business field sales track record


• Proven experience of selling technology based services


• Confident and able to relate to corporate customers.


• Ability to build rapport over the telephone with ease and able to share information quickly and concisely.


• Target driven and able to exceed expectations


• Commercially aware and ggod understand of the financials and gross profit at the business as a whole.


• Positive and enthusiastic.


• Able to self motivate


• Good team player


• Hard working and dedicated


• Conscientious, empathising with the customers you speak to and also the clients we work with. You will demonstrate self-awareness and be a team player.


Excellent packages and uncapped earning potential to attract the best. OTE £110K, (uncapped with other sales staff earning £200K +) plus car, pension, medical and other award winning benefits
