After very little success using industry specific agencies, we contacted Sam at the Recruitment Hub. Our experience of previous Recruitment Agencies had left us disheartened as we found ourselves inundated with CV’s that did not meet our requirements.
Sam met with us and spent a great deal of time understanding our specifications and the culture of our business. She offered valuable advise on the best methods of finding candidates and up-to-date salary indications.

After the Recruitment Hub’s short-list of potential candidates and initial interviews, we made our first offer of employment. This staff member is still with STAR Digital, and has enjoyed considerable development and career progression.

We now have a number of employees, and always contact The Recruitment Hub when we need extra staffing. We continue to receive sales calls from other Recruitment Agencies, but find that they are only interested in earning commission and not finding the right candidate for the position.

Where typical recruiters key work match and do not take the time to understand you professionally, this was no such hurdle with Sam.
